Corn Flakes Macaroons
Ingredients
- Fauji Corn flakes 1 cup
- Sugar 1 cup
- Desiccated coconut (heaped) 1 cup
- Egg whites 2
- Coconut essence 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
Method of Preparation
- Pre-heat the oven at 180 degrees.
- Beat egg whites till stiff.
- Add salt and coconut essence, gradually beat in sugar.
- Fold in Fauji Corn Flakes and desiccated coconut.
- Spoon out the mixture with a teaspoon and drop it onto a greased baking tray.
- Bake for 20 minutes till golden and firm.
- Remove with spatula.
