Potato Chip Cookies:

Ingredients:
- 1 cup shortening
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups crushed potato chips
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Method of Preparation:
- Cream shortening and sugars.
- Add eggs and mix well.
- Add dry ingredients, chips, nuts and vanilla. Mix well.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 325 degrees F. for 10 minutes.
